Entry fees:
Members: $850.00
Non-members: $1,150.00
Amateurs: $400.00
(There is a 3% processing fee for all on-line and credit card payments)

Member Deadline: Friday, May 4, 2007
Only members will be added to the field until this deadline. Non-members on the paid waiting list will be added to the field after this date on a space available basis.

After the member's entry deadline, Member and Non-member Entries will be accepted on a space available basis until Monday, May 7, 2007 with members having priority over non-members.
