The tournament course will be marked by the Tour Staff prior to the event. In addition to the normal course markings, the staff will place a small white dot on the front and back of each green to define the green depth.
On all par 3's, the yardage will be marked on the back of the tee box. This number represents the distance from the line on the back of the tee box to the white dot on the front of the green.
Electronic Devices
The use of distance-measuring devices will be permitted in all Adams Golf Pro Tour Series events. The devices can only measure distance. The use of devices that gauge or measure other conditions that may affect a player's play (e.g. wind or gradient), regardless of whether used, is NOT permitted.
Other electronic devices such as mobile cell phones (unless used to contact an official), radios, ipods, MP3 players, televisions, and the like are NOT permitted. Any use of such device during tournament play will result in disciplinary action and possible DISQUALIFICATION. (Use is defined as the device being on at any time during the stipulated round).

Player Attire
Proper golf attire is required. Slacks are required during pro-ams. Slacks are preferred during tournament play, but shorts are allowed. Shirts are to be tucked in and hats worn forward. No jeans!
Practice Rounds
Please call the Texarkana Golf Ranch golf shop to arrange a tee time (903) 334-7401.
Practice round tee times can be made Monday (July 6) from 7:30 - 12:00 AM and from 2:00 - 5:00 PM. Practice round tee times can also be made Tuesday (July 7) starting at 8:30 AM.

Riding - $13.75 + tax Cart Fee
Range Hours
The driving range will be open from 6:30 am - 7:00 pm everyday during the week. All players must be off by 7:00 pm to allow the Texarkana Golf Ranch staff to pick the range.
RIDING
The tournament at Texarkana Golf Ranch will be a riding event for all players. Cart policies are as follows:
Each group will ONLY be allowed two (2) carts. During the 1st round, the player listed first on the pairing sheet will have the option of his own cart. During the 2nd round, the player listed second on the pairing sheet will have the option of his own cart. During the 3rd and 4th rounds, the player listed first on the pairing sheet will have the option of his own cart.
Starting Times
1st and 2nd round pairings will be available after 5:00 pm on Monday, July 6.
